Two agent skills. operate-moodle-with-moodlia guides an agent to inspect, create, publish, back up, and verify Moodle content through the MoodlIA MCP server or CLI, using only real operations. design-portable-moodle-content guides it to create accessible HTML and self-contained interactive content that keeps working after a Moodle backup and restore.
What it does
- Choose MCP or CLI and never invent operations or parameters.
- Verify every change by reading Moodle back.
- Produce portable, accessible content packages.
What you need
- An AI agent that supports skills, such as Claude Code or Codex.
- For operating Moodle: the MoodlIA plugin, reached through MCP or MoodlIA CLI.
Installation
Install the skills
Download the repository:
git clone https://github.com/gafapa/moodlia-skills.gitCopy each complete skill folder, with its references, into your agent's skills folder, for example
~/.claude/skills/for Claude Code or~/.codex/skills/for Codex:cp -r moodlia-skills/operate-moodle-with-moodlia ~/.claude/skills/ cp -r moodlia-skills/design-portable-moodle-content ~/.claude/skills/
First use
Connect the agent to Moodle through the MoodlIA MCP endpoint or MoodlIA CLI.
Ask for a small task in a test course, for example “create a Page with this text in course 42 and verify it”.
Good to know
- The skills guide the agent; the plugin's permissions and the token still decide what it can do.
